A detailed investigation of the fatal motorcycle accident that took the life of your loved one may identify one or more of these common causes. It is very important to work with an attorney who will stand by the rights of the motorcyclist. Insurance claims adjusters, judges and juries need to understand that your lawyer will not allow undue prejudice against motorcyclists to taint the case.
As a widow or widower, a widowed parent or a bereaved son, daughter, mother or father, you deserve to know that your loved one will receive the same respect throughout the handling of the fatality case as if your deceased family member could speak for himself or herself. At RGLZ Personal Injury Law, we bring years of experience and a track record of proven effectiveness to the task of representing family members in wrongful death cases. We’re also home to Motorcycle Mike Esq, who is a long time rider, and supporter of the Long Island motorcycle community.
We understand the need your family has to mourn, grieve, and regroup in peace. There are many important steps that we can take to get your case well underway without disturbing your family during this time. Understanding what really happened is crucial as we build a strong case for compensation for your loss.
No amount of money will do justice to the magnitude of the loss to a family when a loved one dies in a motorcycle crash. However, financial support can help spouses, children, or parents move forward and cope with the practical aspects of the loss of the deceased family member: medical bills, funeral and burial costs, replacement of lost wages of the deceased, and acknowledgement of pain and suffering.
